Cut the cabbage leaves in half vertically and remove the hard core. Mince the core. Mince the onion.

Place the minced onion in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Drain and let cool.

Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add ground meat, salt, pepper, minced cabbage core, and onion. Mix thoroughly until sticky (meat mixture).

Layer half of the cabbage leaves in a microwave-safe cooking pot. Place the meat mixture on top, then cover with the remaining cabbage leaves.

Add the soup base ingredients (sake, salt, consomme, bay leaf, water). Cover and microwave at 600W for 8–10 minutes until the meat is cooked. Garnish with ketchup and parsley.
