Flour
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
