Main Ingredients
- 100g fresh okara
- 🥔 200g potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 100g ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
For Coating
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed
For Frying
- 1 tsp vegetable oil for sautéing
- Vegetable oil for frying as needed
步骤
Microwave the fresh okara at 600W for 1 minute.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes.
Boil the potatoes in a pot of water over medium heat until soft, then mash until smooth.
Mince the onion finely.
Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the ground pork and minced onion, and sauté until cooked.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and continue to sauté.
Combine the mashed potatoes, microwaved okara, and sautéed mixture in a bowl. Mix well and shape into 8 oval patties.
Coat each patty in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 180°C (about 3cm deep). Fry the patties, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
