Main Ingredients
- 150g fresh okara
- 4 slices ham
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 🥕 30g carrot, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 50g mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper
步骤
Thinly slice the cucumber. Cut the carrot in half lengthwise, then thinly slice it. Place the carrot in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Cut the ham in half, then slice into 1cm wide strips.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (salt, vinegar, miso, mayonnaise, and pepper). Add the fresh okara and mix well.
Add the cucumber, carrot, and ham to the bowl and mix everything together.
