- 5 okra (60g)
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp granulated dashi
- 2 tbsp miso

- 400 ml water

Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse under water, and pat dry. Remove the stem and trim the edges, then cut into diagonal thirds.

Add water and granulated dashi to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add okra and dried wakame, and simmer for 1 minute.

Turn off the heat and dissolve miso into the soup. Heat again over medium heat until just before boiling.
