Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 🧈 Butter as needed
Egg Mayonnaise
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Tuna Cucumber
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (non-oil)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Decoration Cream
- 250g cream cheese
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Garnish
- 🌰 Cashew nuts as needed
- Baby leaves as needed
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
步骤
In a bowl, mash the boiled eggs with a fork. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
Thinly slice the cucumber and rub with a pinch of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes, rinse, and pat dry. Mix the cucumber with tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl.
In a bowl, soften the cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and mix until combined.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half for garnish.
Cut the sandwich bread into 11cm circles using a bowl as a guide. Divide each circle into 4 equal parts. Spread butter on the sides and surface of each piece.
Layer the bread with egg mayonnaise, then top with another buttered bread piece. Press lightly with plastic wrap.
Add the tuna mixture as the next layer, followed by another buttered bread piece. Press lightly with plastic wrap.
Top with smoked salmon and another buttered bread piece. Press lightly with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator until the butter sets.
Spread the decoration cream evenly over the sandwich. Use a piping bag to add decorative cream. Garnish with cashew nuts, baby leaves, and cherry tomatoes. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
