Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 packet bonito flakes (4g)
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 1 tbsp water

Cut the onion in half and slice thinly with the cut side down.

Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the seasonings (☆) in a microwave-safe container, then add the onion and fried tofu. Mix well.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes. Add bonito flakes and mix lightly.
