Dry Ingredients
- 210g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1g salt
- 🍬 40g sugar
- 4g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 80g butter
- 🥚 35g egg
- 🥛 50g milk
Add-ins
- 2 packs Oreo cookies
步骤
Sift the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
Cut the butter into small pieces and mix it into the dry ingredients using a silicone spatula or your hands until crumbly.
Add the egg and milk to the mixture and stir gently until no dry flour is visible. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them in.
Form the dough into a single ball and fold it on a cutting board 5–6 times to create layers.
Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 6 portions, shape into scones, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20–22 minutes.
Cool the baked scones on a wire rack and let them rest for a day before serving for optimal texture.
