- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful mixed greens

Oriental Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Wrap tofu in kitchen towels to remove excess moisture for a firmer texture.
Place tofu on parchment paper to maintain its shape during handling.
Score tofu in a crisscross pattern and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil evenly.
Air fry tofu at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare oriental dressing by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
Arrange mixed greens and cherry tomatoes on a plate.
