- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🧅 1 scallion, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
