- 3 stalks chopped cilantro

步骤
Wash oysters 2–3 times, pat dry with paper towels, and coat evenly with flour.
Juice the lemon, zest half of its peel, and remove the pulp. Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water. Chop the cilantro.
Mix grated daikon, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped cilantro in a bowl to create the garnish.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add oysters and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked.
Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well and serve with the lemon daikon garnish.
