Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
步骤
Slice the tofu into 1 cm thick pieces. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, gochujang, minced garlic, and sugar in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the pan-fried tofu. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce is absorbed and the tofu is well-coated.
Once the sauce is almost completely reduced, remove the tofu from the pan.
Plate the tofu and garnish with chopped green onion.
