Tofu and Chive Salad Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block tofu
- 3 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 handful chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 2 tbsp yuzu syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat a frying pan and add perilla oil. Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Chop the chives and onion into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix chili powder, minced garlic, yuzu syrup, anchovy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Pour the dressing over the chives and onion, and mix well.
Arrange the tofu on a plate and place the chive salad in the center.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish and serve.
