- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 50g oyster mushrooms, torn
- 30 perilla leaves, sliced
- 1/2 cup pancake flour
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
步骤
Slice the onion thinly and roll the perilla leaves to slice them. Tear the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Place all the prepared ingredients into a mixing bowl.
