Wrap Ingredients
- 10 perilla leaves
- 1 can tuna
- 🧅 20g chopped onion
- 🥕 20g chopped carrot
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1/3 tbsp red chili paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sugar water or soda
步骤
Drain the oil from the canned tuna thoroughly using a spoon and sieve. Season lightly with black pepper.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soybean paste, red chili paste, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sugar water or soda.
Finely chop the onion and carrot.
Heat a pan with oil, sauté the carrot first, then add the onion.
Add the tuna, rice, and sauce to the pan. Mix well until slightly salty to suit the wrap.
Blanch the perilla leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds, then cool them in cold water and drain.
Place a spoonful of rice mixture onto each perilla leaf and roll tightly. Ensure the ends are tucked underneath when packing.
