Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🐟 300g tuna (cut-off pieces)
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Chopped green onion (to taste)
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
步骤
Pat the tuna dry with a paper towel.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container and heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool, then add tuna, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Cover loosely and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Thinly slice the onion against the grain and soak in water. Drain well. Cut the avocado into 1cm cubes after removing the seed and skin.
Drain the marinade from the tuna and mix with the avocado.
Serve rice in bowls, drizzle with marinade, top with onion, tuna-avocado mix, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
