Shrimp
- 🦐 200g peeled shrimp
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Batter
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Coating
- 🍞 Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
Frying
- Sufficient amount of vegetable oil
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
步骤
Pat dry the peeled shrimp with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (ketchup and mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Prepare the batter by mixing flour, water, and beaten egg in a separate bowl. Coat the shrimp in the batter and then cover each piece with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Fry the shrimp until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
Serve the fried shrimp on a plate, garnish with parsley, and serve with the prepared sauce.
