- 🥖 4 slices baguette
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 2 bags baby leaf
- 🍄 6 mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dressing
- 🌰 5 almonds
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Cut the pork into 1cm wide strips.
