Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seaweed Mayo
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp aonori (seaweed powder)
步骤

Cut pork belly into 3cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the onion thinly after removing the core.

Mix all the Seaweed Mayo ingredients in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add onion and stir-fry until softened, then add bean sprouts and stir briefly.

Add the Seaweed Mayo sauce and toss quickly to coat. Serve on a plate.
