- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 3 shiso leaves, torn
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
