Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g daikon radish, sliced thin
- 75g carrot, sliced thin
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 4 tbsp ponzu sauce
Soup Base
- 600ml water
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
步骤
Slice the carrot lengthwise using a slicer. Cut the daikon radish in half vertically and slice it lengthwise using a slicer.
Add the soup base ingredients (water, sake, salt, and dashi powder) to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the daikon, carrot, and pork slices to the boiling soup. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the pork is fully cooked.
Serve the hot pot with ponzu sauce and chopped green onions on the side.
