Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Trim the stems of shiitake mushrooms, slice the caps thinly, and cut the stems into thin strips. Thinly slice the onion.
Rub the pork belly slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until the color changes. Push the pork to the side, add onion and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until the onion becomes tender.
Add the sauce ingredients (ginger, sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
