- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 bunch garlic chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1cm garlic paste
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步骤
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and garlic chives into 3cm lengths.
Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic paste) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and carrot, stir-frying for 2–3 minutes until the pork changes color and the carrot softens.
Add bean sprouts and garlic chives, stir-frying for about 1 minute. Then add the prepared seasoning mixture and stir to combine.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and stir until the sauce thickens.
