- 40g glass noodles
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 1/3 bunch chives, chopped
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly, julienne the carrot, and chop the chives into manageable lengths.
Boil water in a frying pan, cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, and drain well.
Heat sesame oil in the frying pan, add pork, ginger paste, and garlic paste, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add onion and carrot to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened. Then, add the cooked glass noodles and stir-fry together.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry to combine. Add the chives, season with salt and pepper, and stir briefly. Plate the dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
