Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g yam, sliced 1cm thick
- 4 okra, halved diagonally
Condiments
- 1 plum, pitted and mashed
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
步骤
Wash the yam, remove root hairs, and slice it into 1cm thick pieces. Rub okra with salt, rinse, and dry. Trim the ends and cut diagonally. Pit and mash the plum.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook pork belly until browned, then push to the side. Add yam slices and cook until browned, flipping occasionally. Remove excess fat with a paper towel, add okra, and stir-fry everything together. Add mashed plum and seasonings, stirring until well combined.
