- 🍝 100g spaghetti

- 80g thinly sliced pork belly

- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp pasta water
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步骤
Thinly slice the onion and garlic, removing the garlic core.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of pasta water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add pork belly and cook until browned.
Add onion and sauté until translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
Add pasta water, soy sauce, spaghetti, and butter. Stir to combine and coat the pasta evenly.
