- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 piece grated ginger
- 100g shredded cabbage
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
