- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 200g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 can (290g) demi-glace sauce
- 💧 150cc water

Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and cook until the fat renders. Add onion and stir-fry until softened.

Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, demi-glace sauce, and water. Mix well and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve the cooked rice evenly on plates and pour the sauce over the rice.
