- 150g pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 38g carrot, julienned
- 25g shimeji mushrooms
- 18g green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp gochujang
步骤
Spread bean sprouts on a microwave-safe plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Layer pork belly slices on top without overlapping.
Add julienned bell pepper, carrot, and shimeji mushrooms in layers.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 6 minutes until the pork is cooked.
Finely chop green onion and ginger.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (☆) with green onion and ginger in a bowl. Add sesame oil and mix well to create the sauce.
Drain excess liquid from the cooked dish using paper towels and pour the sauce over.
