- 8 slices pork belly (160g)
Vegetables
- 🎃 8 slices pumpkin (120g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🌾 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步骤
Wrap one slice of pumpkin with one slice of pork belly tightly. Repeat to make 8 rolls. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat both sides with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip them over, add sake, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
Add the sauce ingredients (mentsuyu, garlic, sesame seeds) to the pan. Increase to medium heat and cook while coating the rolls until they become glossy.
