- 🥔 200g small potatoes
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🧈 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
步骤
Wash the small potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Peel and dice the avocado into 1cm cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
Mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi in a bowl.
Combine the potatoes, avocado, and cherry tomatoes with the dressing and mix well.
