- 🐟 6 slices smoked salmon
- 🥔 3 potatoes (450g), julienned
- 60g sour cream
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
- 1.5 tbsp grated cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- 60g sour cream
- to taste dill
步骤
Julienne the potatoes and mix them in a bowl with herb salt and grated cheese.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and add half of the potato mixture, flattening it. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and add another 1 tbsp olive oil around the edges, cooking for another 2–3 minutes. Repeat to make 2 galettes.
Cut the galettes in half. Layer one half with 2 slices of smoked salmon and 20g sour cream. Repeat the layering process three times, finishing with the remaining galette half on top. Cut into thirds and garnish with sour cream and dill.
