Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 2 bell peppers
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder

Cut potatoes into quarter slices, then into 5mm thick pieces. Soak in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Slice bell peppers thinly after removing seeds and stems.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry potatoes briefly, add bell peppers, and cook until softened. Add seasoning ingredients and stir-fry quickly. Finally, add dried shirasu and mix well.
