- 3 tbsp corn syrup or oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp cooking oil

步骤
Peel and dice the potatoes into 1.3 cm cubes. Ensure uniform size for even cooking.
Soak the diced potatoes in water briefly to remove excess starch.
In a pan, combine soy sauce, corn syrup, and cooking oil.
Add water to the pan until 80-90% of the potatoes are submerged.
Cover the pan and boil on high heat for 9 minutes.
Uncover and simmer on medium-low heat for an additional 5 minutes.
Optionally, add minced chili for a spicy kick.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish.
Mix everything gently and serve.
