- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g), thinly sliced

- 🥛 250ml milk
- 🧀 30g Gorgonzola cheese
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- Dried parsley, as needed
步骤
Thinly slice the potatoes using a slicer and place them in a frying pan.
Add milk to the pan and heat on low. Stir continuously for 4–5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and mix in Gorgonzola cheese, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, top with shredded pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
