- 2 shiso leaves

步骤
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and slice them thinly. Remove the pit from the plum and finely chop it.
Mix the cooked potatoes with the chopped plum, miso, and noodle sauce. Serve in a dish and garnish with the sliced shiso leaves.
