- 🦐 20g sakura shrimp
Aromatics
- 🧅 1/3 stalk minced green onion
- 1 clove minced ginger
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic

- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
