- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

Mince onion and thinly slice cucumber. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.

Place pumpkin and bacon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes.
