- 300g napa cabbage
- 1 piece white part of green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
步骤
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and wash thoroughly. Place it in a microwave-safe container and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Let the cooked cabbage cool slightly and squeeze out excess water.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing 1 tbsp doenjang, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and finely chopped white part of green onion. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds.
Add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds to the cabbage along with the prepared seasoning. Mix thoroughly by hand until evenly coated.
