Vegetables
- 50g snow peas
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, to taste
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 50cc water
步骤
Remove the strings from the snow peas. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain. Julienne the ginger.
Mix soy sauce and water in a microwave-safe container. Add snow peas and wakame, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Serve in a dish, garnish with julienned ginger, and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
