- 1 cup radish, sliced
- 🍤 1 cup cocktail shrimp, cleaned
- 🍄 1 dried shiitake mushroom
- 1 piece kombu
- 🐟 15 dried anchovies
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
步骤
Slice the radish into bite-sized pieces and clean the cocktail shrimp.
In a pot, add 8 cups of water, dried anchovies, kombu, and shiitake mushroom. Boil to create a broth, then strain out the solids.
Add the sliced radish to the broth and simmer until the radish becomes translucent. Skim off any foam for a cleaner taste.
Add the cleaned cocktail shrimp and minced garlic to the pot. Season with soy sauce to taste.
Finish by adding chopped green onions. Optionally, add sliced chili peppers for a spicy kick.
