食材
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 tbsp chopped zucchini
- 2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 handful chives
Protein
- 🥩 2 tbsp minced beef
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🍖 8 slices round ham
Staples
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🟩 1 sheet seaweed
Seasoning
- a dash of oyster sauce
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
步骤
Finely chop the vegetables (zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper) for the fried rice.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped vegetables.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix with the stir-fried vegetables.
Add minced beef to the rice mixture and season with oyster sauce or salt.
Prepare egg sheets by whisking 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and cooking them into thin sheets.
Blanch the chives in hot water and set aside.
Blanch the round ham slices in hot water and cut the egg sheets to match the size of the rice balls.
Create ribbon shapes with the ham by folding the center three times and tying it with a blanched chive.
Shape the rice into balls slightly larger than the ribbon size and tightly compact them.
Wrap the rice balls with egg sheets, then wrap again with strips of seaweed.
Place the ham ribbon on top of the rice ball and tie it securely with the chive.
