Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
- 1 tbsp seaweed flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped kimchi
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sliced spam
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
步骤
Mix cooked rice with seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, salt, and sesame oil. Shape into flat discs using plastic wrap.
Slice spam and pan-fry until golden brown.
Sauté chopped kimchi with a little sesame oil.
Prepare tuna by draining the oil and mixing it with mayonnaise.
Fry the egg sunny-side up or to your preference.
Layer rice disc, tuna mixture, fried egg, spam slices, and sautéed kimchi. Top with another rice disc.
Wrap the rice burger tightly with plastic wrap to shape it into a neat round form.
Slice the rice burger in half and serve.
