- 1 piece (300g) konjac, pre-treated
- 1/4 daikon radish
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Liquid
- 💧 300cc water
Seasoning
- 100cc sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
