Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes, sliced into half-moons
- 🥩 200g beef brisket
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thickly sliced
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion, diagonally sliced
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced
- 500ml anchovy stock
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp fermented soybean paste
- 0.5 tbsp Korean chili paste
- A pinch of black pepper
步骤
Slice potatoes into half-moons and soak in cold water to remove starch.
Diagonally slice green onion and chili pepper, and thickly slice the onion.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the seasoning paste.
Heat a pot over medium heat, add sesame oil and beef brisket, and stir-fry until the fat starts to render.
Add potatoes to the pot and stir-fry until they turn slightly translucent.
Add onion and the seasoning paste, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour in 500ml anchovy stock, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add green onion and chili pepper, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
