- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 250g cut vegetables for stew
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
Garnish
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Coat the sliced pork with cornstarch. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
