Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Tofu
- 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 50g mizuna greens
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water

Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until the eggs are set.
