- A pinch of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of ground sesame

In a microwave-safe container, add the canned saba fish along with its juices. Mix in the seasonings (ponzu sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and ground sesame). Add the sliced onion and gently mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
