- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) warm rice
Canned Fish
- 1 can saba (miso flavor)
Vegetables
- 🌽 80g whole corn
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 2 tbsp plain yogurt (unsweetened)
Seasonings
- 🧄 A pinch grated garlic
- A pinch grated ginger
- 2 tbsp curry flakes
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water

In a microwave-safe container, mix curry ingredients, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir well.

Add the canned saba to the container, mix, cover again, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir lightly.

In a separate container, mix warm rice, corn, and butter. Serve rice and curry together on a plate.
