步骤
Slice the onion thinly, trim the stems of shiso leaves, and cut bacon into halves lengthwise.
Cut mackerel fillets into halves, season both sides with salt and pepper, let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels.
Place shiso leaves, bacon, onion, and mackerel on spring roll wrappers, roll tightly, and seal the ends with a flour-water mixture.
Heat 2 cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, fry the spring rolls until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
